Friendly Natives (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website friendlynatives.com (the “Site”) and provides garden center and landscape design/build services. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business (for example, our website host, email/SMS platform, and payment processor), and only as needed to perform their services. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Gillespie County, Texas.

Program description

When you opt in, Friendly Natives may send recurring marketing and informational text messages — such as promotions, coupons, seasonal updates, and service or order notifications — to the mobile number you provide.

How to opt in

You can opt in by submitting your number through a form on our Site (with consent), or in person/by phone. Providing your number and consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Friendly Natives does not charge for the messages, but your carrier may.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. To rejoin, opt in again.
