We guarantee that plants purchased from Friendly Natives are healthy. Anything that happens after the plant leaves our nursery is out of our control and therefore, we do not guarantee its success. We are happy to provide advice on transport, planting, watering, etc.
If you think something is going wrong with your plant, reach out to us as soon as you can so we can help you problem-solve. We’ll have many clarifying questions and will then offer our best solution.
